Job summary

Edelman seeks an EVP, Global People Operations Lead to steer the People Operations function across phases of Workday HCM deployment. You will own strategy, data governance, and service delivery, partnering with CoEs, IT, and Finance to optimize processes and outcomes for a global workforce.

You will lead a high-performing team, setting budgets, establishing metrics, and driving continuous improvement with a focus on employee experience and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in global People/HR Operations and HR technology roles.
• Deep Workday HCM expertise with multi-phase implementations.
• Proven ability to design operating models and run large-scale programs.
• Strong data governance, privacy, security, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, and senior leaders on roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global People Operations strategy, roadmap and service delivery.
• Lead a high-performing global team and manage the operating budget.
• Own Workday HCM implementation priorities and governance across phases.
• Drive analytics, AI opportunities, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Finance, IT, PMO and HR peers to align priorities and delivery.
