You will partner with People Ops and IT to streamline onboarding, events, feedback loops, and office life, ensuring consistency while adapting locally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Experience.
• Experience in fast-growing, globally distributed environments.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion with sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding across multiple offices.
• Lead office operations, events, and culture-building activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to improve the workplace experience.
• Define metrics to measure employee experience and report progress.
• Partner with site leads to ensure consistent, inclusive experiences.
