Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Workplace Experience Program Manager to plan and execute engaging office programs, events, and communications across San Francisco sites. You will partner with People, IT, and Communications to align initiatives with company values and drive inclusive, high-impact employee experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace experience and a proactive, service-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on AI fluency and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, event planning, internal communications, and program development and management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs with strong attention to detail.
• Experience executing events from concept to completion in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• AI fluency is core to how we work, with daily use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver office experience programs and activations across sites.
• Lead on-site ENV events, manage logistics, bookings, catering and run-of-show.
• Drive workplace communications across digital channels and teams.
• Collaborate with People, Community, IT and Communications teams to align initiatives.
