Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a fast-paced SaaS PEO environment.
• Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with new PEO clients to develop tailored implementation plans.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients.
• Guide clients through Remote’s PEO platform.
