Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Power Conversion Systems (PCS) to define and drive the global PCS strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. You will balance customer needs, market trends, and technology advances while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable product plans, influence stakeholders, and guide lifecycle decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Significant product management experience in power electronics/PCS.
• Strong understanding of PCS technologies and inverter-based systems.
• Ability to translate market needs into product roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience partnering with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global PCS strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Define priorities from customer needs, market trends, and technology developments.
• Align PCS plans with Fluence's overall product and technology strategy.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define capabilities, targets, and deliverables.
• Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and technical guidance.
