Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead CPSD product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across North America. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and business objectives.

The role emphasizes market research, customer engagement, business-case development, and cross-functional execution to drive revenue and product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing of technical capital equipment, products, or related services.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Development and commercialize CPSD products.
• Drive Market & Customer Insights through research and interviews.
• Develop business cases for investments in new products and services.
• Manage cross-functional projects across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Service and others.
• Develop product content and messaging for traditional and digital channels.
• Lead product launches with training, sales tools, and GTM campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives with targeted campaigns and lead generation.
• Develop pricing, catalog descriptions, and configurations.
• Represent CPSD externally through presentations and webinars.
• Provide technical sales support to MEPP divisions and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop BI capabilities to support market analysis and roadmaps.
• Promote CPSD excellence through collaboration with customers and partners.
