Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related area with 1 year of centralized services experience, or an Associate’s with 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Time & Attendance and payroll calculation.
• Tri-lingual: Spanish, English and preferable Portuguese (or another third language).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures, controls, approvals, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate time and attendance data across calendars and country requirements.
• Generate time and attendance reports and prepare approved data for payroll transfer.
• Review timecards for missing punches and discrepancies; resolve inquiries.
• Process timecard corrections and historical adjustments per procedures.
• Support time-off and attendance-related leaves and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and automations.
