Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager of HR Technology to lead global HR tech initiatives, focusing on payroll and time management platforms. The role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across regions.

You will oversee system strategy, project execution, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable service delivery that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
• 8+ years of related work experience with 4+ SAP full implementations required.
• Agile/Scrum Certification, ITIL and SAP Certification preferred.
• Significant experience leading HR technology teams and SAP HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, implementation, and production support for HR Technology solutions, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Manage global teams and coordinate with internal resources, external partners, and cross-functional support teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technology solutions.
