The Global Payroll Time & Attendance Associate supports accurate, timely, and compliant timekeeping activities across multiple countries and employee populations. This role collects and validates time data, resolves exceptions, supports time-off and attendance processes, completes payroll-related audits, and ensures approved time information is transferred accurately to payroll. The associate partners with Payroll, People Experience, managers, Digital/HRIS teams, service centers, and external vendors to resolve issues, support system changes, and improve the colleague experience. The role also contributes to documentation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $61,700.00 to $102,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
