• Strong data analytics and process documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll process design and standardization.
• Drive process optimization and automation using Lean Six Sigma.
• Partner with People Services, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance and SOX readiness within payroll processes.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
