Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax/compliance basics.
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payroll cycles accurately.
• Complete required trial review and sign-off steps.
• Analyze data and perform master data entries in payroll system.
• Communicate with payroll provider to complete activities and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies before cutoff.
• Cross-train on additional payroll cycles to serve as backup.
