Job summary

Alteryx Inc. seeks a Director of Global Payroll to lead the payroll delivery team across 15+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

You will drive AI-enabled process improvements, integrate Workday, ADP, and Celergo, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology to transform global payroll operations. This role reports to the CFO and requires extensive leadership, transformation experience, and a hands-on approach when needed.

Qualifications

• Global payroll experience with 10+ years and 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with global expansion, payroll setup, and M&A integrations.
• Strong knowledge of global tax, reporting, and payroll compliance.
• Experience leading payroll transformation and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in 15+ countries.
• Advance automation between Workday and ADP and other providers.
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools for payroll.
• Support onboarding and expansion into new regions, including M&A integrations.
• Lead the payroll team and report KPI to CFO.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with evolving regulations.
