Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Payroll in Atlanta to lead strategy, governance, and execution of payroll across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure accurate and timely pay, regulatory compliance, and scalable payroll services as the executive in HR, reporting to the Senior VP, HR.

You will build and lead regional teams, drive process standardization, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax to manage risk and compliance across all regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant payroll experience.
• Global payroll experience across multiple regions is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, controls, governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global payroll strategy aligned with enterprise growth and objectives.
• Lead regional payroll teams; establish accountabilities, service standards, and development paths.
• Chair payroll governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on performance and risk.
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery including regular, off-cycle, bonuses, and equity-related payments.
• Ensure accurate gross-to-net calculations, remittances, and year-end processing across countries.
• Establish calendars, cutoffs, data quality checks, and SLAs; drive improvements in employee experience.
