The role involves off-cycle payments, tax filings, data validation, and system enhancements to harmonize workflows across the Americas. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business, CPP and FPC certifications, and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
• Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls across multiple countries with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations
• Prepare and submit filings such as W-2 and T4 reports
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; elevate and resolve discrepancies
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
• Maintain and audit payroll records including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency
• Support rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the Americas
• Document and implement procedures and provide input on harmonization milestones
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and issue resolution
