Job summary

Vistra in the United States is seeking a Project Manager, Global Payroll to lead a project team of Implementation Consultants and Payroll Specialists alongside external international partners to drive progress and enable global payroll delivery.

The role requires managing all elements of the project plan from pre-contract signing through successful transition into Operations, maintaining client relationships to ensure objectives are met and value is delivered for Vistra+iiPay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll-related software implementations across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional project teams.
• Strong change-management and governance experience.
• Excellent client relationship management, with global partners.
• Fluent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project plan from pre-contract signing to operations transition.
• Manage client relationships to ensure objectives and value delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for deliverables.
• Establish governance, status reporting and programme reporting.
• Support the PMO to improve processes and tools.
• Drive business transformation initiatives alongside project work.
