Vistra iiPay seeks a Global Account Manager to drive growth by upselling and cross-selling within its existing international client base. You will engage C-level and operational leaders, build broad stakeholder relationships, and shape proposals to align with client needs and iiPay objectives.

You will report to the Executive Vice President Sales, Payroll. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Hungary, Romania or Poland with regional coverage to expand iiPay's global payroll business.

Formación

• Ability to engage in complex conversations with C-level and operational leaders in international businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate conversations into business relationships.
• Great presentation skills with strong listening and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated proactive professional with hunter mentality and growth focus.
• Experience working with international customers (FTSE & Fortune 500) across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Role focuses on upselling and cross-selling within iiPay's existing global customer base to drive sales growth.
• Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across large, international accounts.
• Prepare proposals and offers aligned with customer needs and iiPay goals.
• Monitor accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders to expand value.
