Job summary

Vistra is hiring a German Payroll Administrator for our iiPay business, part of the Global payroll division. This full-time, permanent role can be performed remotely with occasional office visits and may be based in Hungary, Poland or Romania, reporting to the German Payroll Operations Manager.

You will work with experienced German Payroll Specialists to deliver accurate payrolls for international clients, focusing on service delivery, SLAs and continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Qualifications

• No previous payroll experience is required.
• Strong administration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of customer satisfaction.
• Extremely organised with pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and show assertiveness when needed.
• Capable of efficiently manipulating data in Excel using formulas, filters and tables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate German payroll processing for a group of clients and payrolls.
• Coordinate client requirements and manage payroll timelines to meet SLAs.
• Improve payroll systems and processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain clear and informative communications with clients, colleagues and account managers.
