Job summary

Strada Global in the United States is seeking a Payroll/Data Management professional to support end-to-end payroll processing and data activities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. You will work across payroll and customer services, with flexibility to support both areas as needed.

You will assist statutory/year-end reporting, advise on country-specific legislation, and participate in knowledge-transfer sessions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, HR, or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years relevant Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits experience in an HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently process Payroll End to End to ensure delivery per the calendar and KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries/issues with country-specific legislation.
• Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA and maintain high quality.
• Maintain security standards and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
