Job summary

Vistra+iiPay is seeking a Technical Consultant to configure bank files, GL outputs, and bespoke reporting for international payroll clients. You will work with implementation, systems, and product teams to deliver accurate integrations and scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

You will mentor, drive automation initiatives, and own client-facing workstreams while coordinating with in-country partners and global teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced Excel and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret specifications and learn coding for report configurations.
• Willingness to engage on robotics and process automation.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholders, including non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Configure bank files and GL outputs to specification with testing.
• Create client configurable reports and support complex deployments.
• Be system technical champion to drive automation and training.
