Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL is seeking an Associate Director, Onboarding Product and Process Design to lead the preboarding and onboarding lifecycle—from design to execution—across US and global operations.

You will own internal systems and templates used for generating new hire contracts, oversee third‑party onboarding providers, and coordinate with Legal, IT, TA, and HRBPs to ensure a compliant, efficient candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of comprehensive HR experience with preboarding and onboarding.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed, multicultural organization.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and drive results.
• Experience with budgeting, cost analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, design, and lifecycle management of internal systems for new hire contracts and documentation.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships for onboarding support.
• Own documentation issued through pre- and onboarding processes.
• Design end-to-end processes for documentation changes.
• Lead data gathering for due diligence and informed decision-making.
• Ensure US and global regulatory compliance across countries/regions.
• Define, monitor, and assess workforce transition metrics.
