Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Process Designer to lead end-to-end payroll design and standardization across multiple regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable payroll processes and drive automation for a improved employee experience.

The role emphasizes process improvement, controls, and data-driven decision making, with emphasis on SAP/Workday integrations and global regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, operations management, or equivalent, or 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of global payroll process design/redesign, transformation, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of Workday, payroll tax processes, and regional familiarity (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll process design and standardization across geographies.
• Drive process optimization and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with People Services, People Technology & Experience, COEs and vendors for seamless integrations.
• Ensure controls, SOX compliance, and data accuracy in payroll processes.
• Support rollout of new payroll processes with training and change management guidance.
• Leverage analytics to monitor payroll KPIs and drive improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement to elevate global payroll operations.
