Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for 15+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting. This remote role requires coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders across HR, tax, accounting, FP&A and legal.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of payroll experience, strong PM skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems, plus a degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred). A flexible, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience with global exposure.
• Knowledge of US, EMEA and other international payroll processes preferred.
• Experience leading payroll across multiple geographies with local needs.
• Experience with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Extremely data-driven; able to translate big-picture to ground-level work.
• Strong PM skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries.
• Forecast payroll and prepare reports for financial reporting and ad-hoc requests.
• Balance and reconcile payroll to the general ledger.
• Track and report on bonus and severance accruals.
• Source and manage payroll vendors; establish SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure tax compliance including quarterly and annual payroll reports.
• Support ESOP program and equity management tools implementation.
• Provide world-class service to employees.
• Lead payroll-related projects and enrolment to pension/insurances.
