Dimensional seeks a Senior Manager, Payroll to drive operational excellence across US and international payroll. You will lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain strong governance while partnering with HR, Accounting, Tax and external providers.

The role requires global payroll expertise, executive communication, and a track record of improving processes and controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with global scope.
• Experience leading payroll teams and complex functions.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across US and international regions.
• Oversee calendars, processing cycles, reconciliations, approvals and funding.
• Develop and maintain payroll governance, controls and documentation.
• Partner with Tax, Accounting and HR for timely reporting and audits.
• Drive automation and process improvements for payroll scalability.
