Demandbase is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own and elevate global payroll operations across the US, India, and UK. This role partners with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery for a multi‑entity organization, while managing an offshore payroll team.

The ideal candidate combines deep payroll operations expertise with a systems mindset, overseeing integrations, implementations, and audits to maintain data integrity and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries (US, India, UK).
• Experience leading an offshore payroll team.
• Hands-on with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for US, India, and UK with compliance.
• Coach and develop offshore payroll team.
• Own payroll system integrations with HRIS, time & attendance, benefits, GL.
