Job summary

Demandbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own global payroll operations across the US, India, and UK. You will lead an offshore payroll team, manage payroll system integrations, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely deliverables for a multi‑entity organization.

You will partner with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting to reflect lifecycle events in payroll, support audits, and implement improvements. Strong integrity, confidentiality, and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries (US, India, UK).
• Experience leading offshore payroll teams and partner groups.
• Hands‑on with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo. Workday Payroll a plus.
• Experience with payroll system integrations and data integrity.
• Strong payroll accounting knowledge and close‑cycle execution.
• Experience supporting financial statement and statutory audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations for US, India, and UK to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage offshore payroll team with coaching and performance expectations.
• Own payroll systems and integrations with HRIS, time & attendance, benefits, and GL.
• Lead payroll system implementations, migrations, and upgrades (Workday payroll a plus).
• Coordinate with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting on lifecycle events and changes.
• Support audit requests and provide documentation for audits and inquiries.
• Maintain internal controls and protect sensitive employee data with integrity.
• Stay current on US payroll tax regulations and ensure timely filings.
• Identify process improvements to streamline payroll workflows and automation.
