Job summary

HDR is seeking a Payroll Senior Manager to lead global payroll operations, including US payroll processing in Oracle EBS and international payrolls with third-party providers. You will also oversee the Oracle Time & Labor platform and drive process improvements across ERP interfaces.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, maintaining controls, and delivering accurate payroll worldwide while collaborating with HR, Accounting, and Tax partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and/or business experience, preferably in Payroll.
• Experience managing payroll within a global organization.
• 5+ years of supervisory responsibilities with strong leadership and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, payroll tax, wage & hour laws, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US payroll processing and US payroll tax administration.
• Manage international payrolls across multiple countries using third-party providers.
• Lead Oracle Time & Labor platform and ERP-related projects and defects prioritization.
• Maintain procedures, KPIs, and cross-training to ensure resiliency.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers and manage vendor relationships.
