Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Global Mobility, and Finance. The role oversees payroll for 30,000 employees globally and reports to the VP, HR Operations.

Responsibilities include establishing a multi-year payroll strategy, modernizing systems, ensuring compliant workflows, and driving improvements in experience, governance and risk management across in-house, local-provider and global-provider models.

Qualifications

• Progressive multi-country payroll experience in a large multinational organization.
• Experience leading global payroll teams and transforming payroll operations.
• Familiarity with ADP payroll solutions, SuccessFactors, and global payroll platforms.
• Strong governance, SOX compliance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant end-to-end payroll delivery across all countries.
• Develop and execute the multi-year global payroll strategy and roadmap.
• Modernize payroll systems and achieve scalable global, regional and local delivery models.
• Lead and develop global payroll teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
