Qualifications

• 15+ years of multi-country payroll experience in a large multinational
• Experience leading global teams and driving transformation
• Experience with payroll tech platforms and integration
• Strong stakeholder and executive influencing skills

• Ensure accurate, timely end-to-end payroll delivery across all countries
• Develop and execute the global payroll strategy and operating model
• Modernize payroll solutions and data governance across regions
