Job summary

IGT seeks a Director of Global Payroll to lead payroll operations for ~6,000 employees in 30+ countries, including US and international markets. You will define the global payroll strategy, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements and automation.

You will oversee a distributed team of ~13 professionals, partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and Internal Audit, and guide complex payroll system changes using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Strong experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo.
• Experience with payroll transformation and system implementations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead distributed teams.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax, and internal controls.
• Experience managing payroll vendors in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for global payroll operations across US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Develop and execute a payroll strategy focused on accuracy, compliance, and automation.
• Lead a global payroll team across regions and time zones.
• Oversee governance, policies, and controls with local requirements.
• Manage payroll systems and vendor performance with ADP platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and security.
