Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy ensuring adherence with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Establish governance frameworks to mitigate payroll-related compliance risks.
• Drive automation, AI, and self-service tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead vendor relationships and optimize cost-effectiveness of payroll services.
• Provide training, coaching and career development to build payroll leadership within the team.
