Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll staff, ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, and support teams across New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas markets. The role reports to the Payroll Director and drives best practices in payroll control and reporting.

You will collaborate with Time & Attendance, Finance, Benefits, and HRIS to optimize processes, lead a team of payroll professionals, and support audits and special projects within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of multi-state enterprise payroll experience.
• 5+ years of payroll supervision/management.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, taxes, and internal controls.
• Proficient knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS and timekeeping systems (SAP, ADP, Kronos).

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll staff and daily workflow of the department.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Finance teams.
• Support payroll audits and coordinate with internal teams to expedite results.
• Maintain SOPs and provide guidance to payroll analysts.
