Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and supervise our payroll operations. You will ensure on-time, accurate processing and regulatory compliance across multi-state operations, reporting to the Payroll Director.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/HR and 10+ years of multi-state payroll experience, with 5+ years in supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of SAP, ADP, Kronos, and HRIS systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 10+ years of multi-state enterprise payroll experience.
• 5+ years supervising and managing a team.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and taxes.
• Familiarity with SAP, ADP, Kronos HRIS and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise payroll functions to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance and operations on payroll projects.
• Support payroll audits and improve payroll processes and SOPs.
• Evaluate performance of staff and report to Payroll Director.
