• Build and mentor a global payroll team; partner with HR, Finance, and IT.
• Manage weekly/bi-weekly hourly payrolls and collaborations with vendors.
• Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities; ensure general ledger integrity.
• Drive payroll system implementations, including Workday enhancements; scale processes for growth.
• Guide stakeholders through new processes, training, and transition plans.
