Job summary

Keenova is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations across North America from Malvern, PA. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely pay runs while building scalable processes and mentoring a global payroll team.

The ideal candidate brings deep payroll expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Workday and ADP. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Candidate has 7+ years in payroll, incl. 3+ years global payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US & global payroll regulations and tax.
• Experience with HRIS/timekeeping systems and GL integration.
• Leadership experience building and mentoring a payroll team.
• CPP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end North American payroll operations with focus on compliance and reporting.
• Manage and develop a payroll team in a collaborative environment.
• Oversee payroll for weekly and bi-weekly hourly populations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT; drive system integrations.
• Own audits, reconciliations, year-end activities, and GL accuracy.
• Drive payroll transformation, standardize workflows, scale systems.
• Lead Workday implementations and enhancements.
• Guide stakeholders through new processes and training.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and payroll knowledge resources.
• Provide strategic payroll support for mergers, acquisitions, and new locations.
