Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years managing global payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field; CPP or equivalent a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax rules, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ADP systems and integrations.

• Develop and mentor a global payroll team and partner with HR, Finance and IT.
• Oversee audits, reconciliations, year‑end activities, and general ledger accuracy.
