Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Payroll Manager in Malvern, PA to lead North American payroll and support global operations. You will oversee a payroll team, ensure accuracy and compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to scale processes and systems, including Workday implementations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in payroll, 3+ years managing global payroll, and hands-on Workday/ADP experience. CPP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years managing global payroll operations.
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and HRIS/timekeeping integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end North American payroll operations with focus on compliance and reporting.
• Develop and mentor a global payroll team and partner with HR, Finance and IT.
• Oversee payroll for weekly/bi-weekly hourly populations and coordinate with vendors.
