Harbor is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead a multi-country payroll function, focusing on Workday Payroll excellence across the U.S., UK, and Canada. You will manage a global team, drive governance, and partner with Talent, Finance, and Technology to optimize integrations and controls.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of payroll experience, deep Workday knowledge, and a track record of scalable global payroll operations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country operations.
• Advanced, hands-on Workday Payroll experience in U.S., UK and Canada is required.
• Experience with ADP and OSV is strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, controls, and vendor management capabilities.
• Confidentiality and data protection are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate, confidential, and timely delivery of payroll across multiple countries.
• Lead a global team of payroll professionals and set operating rhythms and KPIs.
• Manage payroll inputs, reconciliations, and year-end activities with vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Talent, and Technology on reports and improvements.
• Identify and drive automation and process improvements in Workday and integrations.
