Job summary

Viventium Software Inc. is seeking a Payroll Integrations Manager to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for U.S. and international populations, and to drive key payroll integration initiatives with Apploi.

You will oversee ADP Workforce Now, coordinate global payrolls, maintain HRIS data integrity, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline payroll operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with end-to-end U.S. payroll.
• Experience coordinating or managing global payrolls through international providers.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations, wage and hour considerations, payroll controls, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Experience administering payroll-related benefits (401(k), health benefits).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage bi-weekly U.S. payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.
• Reconcile payroll reports, deductions, and payroll tax filings; support audits.
• Maintain payroll-related benefit deductions and employee data in HRIS.
• Coordinate international payrolls with external providers and ensure timely processing.
