Qualifications

• Strong grasp of GAAP and internal controls in a multinational payroll setting.
• Ability to optimize payroll processes and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-region payroll processing and ensure compliance across regions.
• Coordinate with external payroll service providers and software partners globally.
• Record compensation-related journal entries and support month-end close with reconciliations.
