Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Manager of Payroll Accounting to oversee international payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. You will work with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain accurate financial reporting across global jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has deep payroll accounting expertise, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record of optimizing complex international payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate payroll accounting expertise and experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll.
• Strong grasp of GAAP and internal controls in a multinational payroll setting.
• Ability to optimize payroll processes and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end multi-region payroll processing and ensure compliance across regions.
• Coordinate with external payroll service providers and software partners globally.
• Record compensation-related journal entries and support month-end close with reconciliations.
