Job summary

Verifone is seeking a senior Payroll leader to own end-to-end processing across 41 countries, spanning ADP GlobalView, ADP Streamline, Deel, and Workday. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness while driving a global transformation with automation and AI.

You will manage vendor performance and contract negotiations, partner with Finance on GL mapping, and lead a regional payroll team to deliver accurate multi-currency payroll globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years payroll experience with at least 5 years in leadership across multiple countries.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Streamline, Deel, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and cross-border payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions and platforms.
• Oversee compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory inquiries across regions.
• Drive transformation with AI/automation, reducing errors and cycle times.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and cost controls.
• Partner with Finance for payroll-to-GL mapping and period-end close.
