Job summary

ALO is seeking a Program Manager, International Payroll Implementation to lead end-to-end payroll launches and related global transformations. You will coordinate inputs across Legal, HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure timely go-lives.

The role requires strong payroll expertise, stakeholder influence, and excellence in program governance. The successful candidate will drive integrated plans, manage risks, oversee data readiness and testing, and facilitate cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years leading cross-functional programs with global payroll implementations.
Experience with multi-country payroll, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead global payroll implementations and country rollouts from planning to go-live.
Maintain integrated project plans, governance, milestones, risks, and decisions.
Coordinate dependencies across Legal, HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors.
Ensure data readiness, testing, and sign-offs across workstreams.
Run cross-functional governance sessions and risk escalation processes.
Plan cutover/go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization.
