Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Program Manager, International Payroll Implementation to coordinate payroll impacts across country launches and global transformation initiatives. You will align Legal, HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, Payroll, and vendors to ensure timely go-lives and smooth cutovers.

This role requires strong program management, cross-functional leadership, and knowledge of payroll lifecycle and integrations with Workday/UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs, including global payroll implementations.
• Experience with global payroll platforms and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall program management of global payroll implementations and country rollouts.
• Coordinate payroll-impacting dependencies across Legal, HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, Payroll, and external partners.
• Establish and manage an integrated implementation plan with milestones, owners, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate data readiness, testing milestones, and sign-offs across workstreams.
• Facilitate governance forums and escalate blockers affecting go-live readiness.
• Monitor progress and provide concise status updates to executives.
