Melita is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its HR, Benefits and Payroll outsourcing team. The role focuses on configuring and supporting global payroll services for clients, with emphasis on payroll code changes, tax rules, and HRIS integration.

You will partner with Implementation and Payroll teams, perform testing, and create client-facing training materials to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years US and Global payroll processing experience, including hands-on payroll implementation and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll technologies.
• FPC/CPP certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains knowledge of Melita's services and clearly articulates global payroll compliance and HRIS topics.
• Configures and tests Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Time Off modules for new clients; performs parallel payroll testing.
• Customizes payroll workflows in Salesforce CRM for clients.
• Loads client employee data to payroll technology and maps paycheck history.
• Temporarily processes global payroll for new clients during transition from Implementation to ongoing support.
• Provides backup US payroll support for new clients.
• Creates training resources for client admins and employees on Time Off and Time & Attendance modules.
• Conducts timecard training for client managers and employees.
• Sets up new payroll codes and updates Salesforce workflows; ensures changes are tested.
• Reviews client benefit plan setups for payroll mapping and tax treatment.
• Reviews client handbook related to payroll and time-off policies.
• Collaborates with HR & Benefits teams.
• Participates in client implementation kick-off, and weekly/monthly team meetings.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency in payroll processes.
• Provides global & US payroll processing backup support as needed.
