Job summary

Melita is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard complex HR, benefits, and payroll clients on our platform. You will configure HRIS, migrate data, test, and hand off to ongoing service teams, ensuring what was sold is delivered.

This role suits someone with hands-on experience at a PEO, HRO, or HRIS vendor who wants to shape implementations as we scale. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Technology to meet timelines, optimize go-live, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Very strong hands-on experience implementing outsourced Payroll and HR services.
• HRIS implementation on major platforms including configuration and data migration.
• Experience with multi-state payroll, tax setup, and YTD balancing.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute end-to-end client onboardings across HR, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence.
• Configure HRIS, migrate data, and validate results for live implementations.
• Partner with Sales and Product to align scope, pricing, and post-implementation transitions.
