Job summary

Melita, a trusted HR, Benefits, and Payroll outsourcing partner in the US, seeks an experienced payroll implementation professional. You will configure and test payroll, time & attendance, and time off modules for new clients, load employee data, and map paycheck history data, partnering with internal teams to ensure compliant, streamlined processes.

6+ years of US/global payroll experience with hands-on implementation, CPP/FPC preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of US and global payroll processing experience with hands-on implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now; Paylocity and Rippling experience is a plus.
• FPC/CPP certification and strong analytical and communication skills.
