Job summary

Melita Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to deliver expert service and support to the Payroll & Implementation teams. You will identify system configuration changes to support global payroll services, and report to the Global Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities include configuring Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Time Off modules, testing payroll calculations and taxes, and building training materials for client admins.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service focus and client relationship skills.
• 7+ years US and Global payroll processing experience with implementation exposure.
• Hands-on system configuration and integration experience for payroll platforms.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and tax treatments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Melita's services and articulate payroll compliance and HRIS topics during implementations.
• Configure and test Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Time Off modules for new clients; perform parallel payroll testing.
• Customize payroll workflows in Salesforce CRM for clients as needed.
• Load client employee data to payroll systems and map paycheck history.
• Temporarily process global payroll for new clients during transitions.
• Backup US payroll support for new clients in transitions to ongoing support.
• Create training documents and resources for client admins and employees on Time Off and Time & Attendance.
• Conduct timecard training with client managers and update materials as needed.
• Set up payroll codes and update Salesforce workflows; ensure changes are tested.
• Review client benefit plan setups for proper mapping and tax treatment.
• Review employee handbooks for payroll-related policies and time-off alignment.
• Collaborate with HR & Benefits teams; join client implementations and meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in payroll processes; provide backup support as needed.
