Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a Financial Accountant & Payroll Manager to join the Group Finance team. You’ll manage payroll for US and UK entities, coordinate with HR, Delivery Operations, and Sales, and ensure accurate financial records across multi-currency environments.

You will work with EOR providers, NetSuite, and payroll-related systems to deliver compliant payroll outputs, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and drive system improvements in a mission-driven company with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-currency bookkeeping for US and UK statutory entities.
• Payroll processing across UK, US, and related entities.
• Familiarity with EoR relationships and payroll implications.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Full processing for US and UK entities using EOR relationships.
• Journal Management: Monitor payroll journals and Rippling integration for sync.
• Expense Management: Process UK/US employee expenses in NetSuite for payroll reimbursement.
• Benefits & Compliance: Manage benefit invoices, deductions and taxes.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts.
