Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a Financial Accountant & Payroll Manager to join the Group Finance function. You will ensure accurate payroll outputs across US/UK entities, while maintaining robust financial records and reconciliations.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Delivery Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to drive compliant, scalable processes. In this role you will oversee payroll journals, expense reimbursements, and benefit payments, with exposure to NetSuite, Payfit, Rippling, and Deel.com.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-currency bookkeeping for US/UK statutory entities.
• Knowledge of payroll EOR relationships and related compliance.
• Familiarity with NetSuite General Ledger and payroll workflows.
• Self-starter with ability to solve non-routine payroll/accounting challenges.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: full processing for US and UK entities, including EOR relationships.
• Journal Management: monitor Rippling integration and payroll journals in Payfit.
• Expense Management: process employee expenses in NetSuite for payroll reimbursement.
• Benefits & Compliance: manage benefit invoices, deductions and taxes.
• Financial Reconciliation: reconcile balance sheet accounts related to payroll.
