Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll to oversee global payroll operations across multiple countries and EOR locations. You will partner with outsourced providers, HR, Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll execution and continuously improve controls.

You will lead a team of payroll professionals, drive governance, audit readiness, and performance metrics while managing payroll tax compliance and regulatory requirements in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Demonstrated payroll tax and employment regulation knowledge.
• Experience with internal controls to reduce operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of payroll professionals responsible for global payroll operations.
• Develop and execute the payroll strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
