Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred.
• Experience with international payroll operations (EMEA/APAC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Firm's payroll function and global payroll governance across US and EMEA/APAC offices.
• Lead the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of distributions.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state/local and international regulations.
• Develop and execute global payroll processes aligned with Firm policies and controls.
• Monitor payroll performance metrics and vendor performance; remediate risks.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Benefits, Accounting & Finance, and external providers.
